On the first occasion I had an unbelievable amount of accumulated stuff that I needed to get rid of before my house move and he came round, advised me etc. He is punctual, clears and cleans everything. I wanted to move a 3 seater sofa and a dining table to my brother in laws, 15 mins away, and found the internet flooded with lots of man with van options, along with a load of warnings about not getting the wrong one as they would charge you extra after or not even show up ! ! Plenty had minimum time requirements (2 hours usually) and no idea how helpful the drivers would be when they turned up. We also looked into hiring our own van. My wife found the details for RickyVans on the next-door app and after getting a reasonable quote, we booked in for a saturday morning. The whole process was so easy. Gary turned up on time, helped out with loading the van and securing the furniture, and even helped unloading on the other side. We were done in next to no time. Totally recommend Gary. He was extremely helpful, efficient and nothing was too much bother for him. He managed to fit a long 4m ladder into a 3m body van! ! Helped us move very heavy boxes from Rickmansworth to a storage unit in Wimbledon and then helped with setting up racking and moving a full storage unit into the larger new one.
