This company's ethos is customer first. The staff are all awesome and they really do care. They know that trying their best for the customer is the way ahead. I was recommended to go here and have never looked back. Had a flat tyre earlier in the year, stressed out but all taken away by Richardsons. Just had a winter check, signed up to a service plan and come away feeling very happy. Reassured that my car is looked after. Outstanding service is a breath of fresh air.From booking in the car to picking it up all the team were amazing.The excellent customer service provided by the 2 lovely lady's was great. I was kept informed of the progress of my body work repair. I needed a new wing mirror. I love the fact they they offered a repair rather than charge me over £500 to replace it. The customer care I received was outstanding; I’d damaged my leg and was unable to drive they contacted the hire car company collected him and drove to my home to deliver my vechicle and collected the hire car without cost. The guys (and girls!) at Graham Richardsons were fantastic. They booked the car in quickly and liaised with our insurance company on our behalf. Considering it is an older vehicle, they colour matched the paint job perfectly and it was so good, you would never had known that my husband had scraped and dented 3 sections of the car against a brick wall! The customer service was great - the lovely Julia kept us in the loop, every step of the way and even arranged for Kim to pick me up, so I could drive the car home, once it was ready - thank you! Excellent service, I highly recommend them!I came to them asking for them to undertake specialist repair work on my car. Some other places turned me down but Richardson's worked with me to get me where I wanted.
