What Richard did was not cool. He lied and said he was moving back to Texas so he didn't have to train with me. Not sure why. There was no explanation. When I texted and said hey are we training today. All I got was I'm moving back to Texas and that's it. But from the information I found out he's not moving back and lied. Dont work out with this dude. He is unprofessional and takes longer with clients when u show up for your training session. And communication about gym events and gym cleanings was not clear and I had to ask in order to find out if we were having our training sessions. Dont train with Richard More...

I've been working with Richard for only a couple of months but I already see results. He's incredibly knowledgeable.
