Since Richard John Andrews' Architecture and Design Studio was established in 2017, Richard has focused on creating strong bonds within his local community. Richard has started discussions for future community projects with local community groups and has a great connection with the local councils and planners which is a reflection of his honesty, willingness to engage with others and his own professional conduct.

The studio ethos is one of collaboration, connection and discovery within the field of architecture, stretching into the arts, furniture and sculpture. Richard believes strongly in the holistic approach of growing a studio from a place of comfort in order to take on the full stresses and strains that are found within the industry.

​The home grown studio allows Richard to create beautiful, engaging and brief focuses buildings and designs for his clients. With the small studio always open to tackling larger commissions and collaboration in a variety of locations Richard require a element of digital nomad-ism and archi-preneural-ism.

The studio also champions the development of emerging talent, freelance designers and different design creatives in order to fulfill larger project requirements. This approach has seen the studio collaborate with renowned artists, emerging product designers and allows him to be joined in his studio on a regular basis by exceptionally creative minds.
