What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Firstly you have to be realistic about all of the other things you've got going on in life. And set goals that are achievable (I'll help with that).
But then it's got to be enjoying the process. Finding balance between working hard, eating well and having a life.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching my clients grow and level up. The moment when someone recognises that what used to be difficult is now easy. And they have more in the tank to keep going.
