Thoroughly recommend Richard. The wedding food was fabulous and there was plenty of it. No fuss, he just got on with preparing and setting up the hot and cold buffet. It was perfect!

Absolutely fabulous! Richard cooked for 14 of us for my sister's 60th birthday. The menu sounded interesting and tasted amazing - how he gets so much flavour into the accompaniments such as his red pepper marmalade I don't know. Everyone enjoyed every mouthful; we haven't stopped raving about the food. And he left the kitchen in an immaculate state too! More...

I booked Richard on the basis of the great reviews on here and he certainly lived up to them! The food was delicious and plentiful and he even cleared up all the kitchen afterwards, making it a very relaxed evening.
He is a very nice, calm person and was very easy to deal with from the outset.

I was the photographer at a wedding at Red Welly where Richard provided the food and it was delicious. Really really tasty, really pretty to look at, there was lots of it and it was healthy too. I thoroughly recommend Richard.
Richard was friendly professional and cooked wonderful food for 11 of us for my husband’s 70th birthday party in Abersoch, 6th May 2017. His menu, presentation and amazing flavours were fantastic and were a big talking point amongst us all. It was yummy from start to finish.
Rhubarb is not loved by everyone but we decided we would like some as a side dish with the pear frangipane and cranberry sorbet. To my amazement, everyone loved the flavours and it was a big hit.
Richard was an absolute treat to have as he did everything from serving a beautiful 3 course meal down to clearing and cleaning up and putting the dishwasher on, all I had to do was set the table, open the wine and enjoy with the rest of the guests.

Richard cooked at a private party for my 60th birthday at Telford House, Menai Bridge. Communication prior to the party was excellent and the food was absolutely first class.
It was prepared on site and served to us at the table -luxury.

We booked Richard for my dad's 70th birthday celebrations in Abersoch. We had hired a house there for the family for Easter week.
The group was 14, with 10 adults and 4 children.
Richard was very easy to deal with in the booking process and organising of the menu, very happy to accommodate any requests etc.

On the night, he was very professional but also very relaxed and got the balance exactly right.

The food, the most important bit obviously, was outstanding. It was better than restaurant quality, freshly prepared and the flavours were amazing.
