Richard and team were fantastic to work with on a complete overhaul and update of our website. His dual perspective on both design and web development was especially useful and we are very pleased with our fantastic new responsive website. Highly recommended!

The website for Lisa Norris Gallery was vital to the launch of the space in 2013. Richard and his team at the studio in Chelsea delivered exactly what I wanted on time and on budget. As a non-techy person, he developed a website that I could manage with ease and be in control of. As the business has developed, the website has adapted to accommodate the new aims of the business.

We worked with Richard and his team to create a new brand identity for Evolution in 2013, and then the design of our new e-commerce website. It was a pleasure working with them all.

Richard was very hands on, meeting with us and visiting different parts of the business to really get a feel for us. He understood how important retail Brand is and really did everything he could to get it right for us! He was always enthusiastic, professional and keen that we be happy with the final result. He worked very well with our e-commerce site designer and the collaboration ended with a website we were very proud of.

I love our logo and design concept which inspired our new instore design.

I have been fortunate to work with Richard over the past 8 years and it is precisely that which I value most: the relationship. There will always be another agency that's bigger, cheaper or nastier to work with but Richard and his team consistently deliver excellent work with a human touch. Richard and his studio are driven by the net impact their work product will have in the market for my business instead of how much profit he can make off me and it shows.

If I had to say something only slightly less flattering, it's that we end up spending a lot of time discussing how proud he is of the various other projects his studio is working on. But then again, I'm pleased to think my business falls within that same circle of work which he's proud of and which he is sharing with his other clients.

Evolution Stores used Richard Chapman to help re-brand Evolution in 2013 and have continued to use them right up to the present. Richard and his team are very professional and have wonderful creative flair while also listening very well to our own ideas. They came up with the brand look for our 20 stores across the UK and Eire which is been slowly rolled out as well as the design of our ecommerce website. Looking back we can say that finding Richard Chapman Studios was the best thing that happened to us last year! It all started with a random google search for Fulham and Chelsea based designers. We found their website, liked what we saw and got in touch…

They listened to our story, our ideas, and ambitions for our charity; understood our values, our approach and our hopes. They translated it all into a logo and a website we simply adore.
