Pushing hard and keeping them focused on their goals

The only way to assure my clients get results is by taking a scientific approach to their training. Which means working according to what their bodies requiremwnts are and not what trends seem to work.

Being able to engage with people as well as getting to see the progress with their training is honestly the most satisfying thing about being a personal trainer.

I've always wanted to be able to be independant and own my own business that people can rely on. And with job shortages in SA i would love to open up my own gym and employ more people.

I will always go the extra mile to make sure my clients reach there goals and enjoy the procesa.

Yes i do, by means of apps and virtual classes. Such as custom workout olans via an app or classes via zoom.

My training had mived mostly online. As a lot of people has a hard time coming to gym with lockdown.

Services

1 hour of high intensity inter training. This involves 30 seconds of training and 30 seconds of rest for 8min followed by a 2 min rest period.

1 on 1 personal training sessions combining aerobic systems training and anaerobic systems training. resistance and cardio training will also be involved.

Custom workouts with meal plans and videos via an app to allow for quick updates and workout tracking of clients.

Joining a group of people online via a live stream where we do exercises together and also have a couple good laughs. All while doing it from home.
