Myself and my friend have been taking advantage of Ric’s private gym hire for a while now. We enjoy the freedom of the space and set up our own circuits. Ric has a good range of equipment suitable to all levels. I offer a FREE consultation to get to know my clients and gather information about them so that we can work together to develop a fully personalised training and lifestyle programme to support them in achieving their specific goals. I look to work on SMART goal setting so they have clear and realistic targets for training sessions, lifestyle changes and nutritional adaptations that may be required for success. To compliment this my training packages include regular catch ups and check-ins via phone, email and online progress tracking through Trainerize (online training app) to provide support and accountability which drives the results that my clients desire.

No secrets, just hard work, realistic goal setting, motivation, support (inc family & friends) and the correct nutritional intake.
Also don't give up after a setback, everyone has them just pick yourself up and get back onto it (just try and learn from it so it doesn't happen to often).

Having a positive affect on people's lives whether it's helping them improve their general health and fitness (physical & mental) or helping them develop their sporting performance it's always great to see clients reach their personal milestones.

Sport, fitness and exercise have always played an important role in my life to the extent that I've played and studied it to University level and have continued to progress my knowledge around training and nutritional coaching after graduating. It was this desire that led me to start my own personal training business to pass my knowledge and experience onto my clients and local community to help them reach their own individual targets.

I offer a friendly environment to train in and try to give my clients all the tools they need to reach their targets. I look to adapt my training strategies to each clients requirements and their abilities so you will pushed to work at levels that are challenging but not beyond you.

Subscribe to get your personalised training programme, options of 1 to 1 training sessions ( location permitting), video link sessions or a training plan to complete at home with varying options of support throughout to help you achieve your goals when you want.

Personalised 1 to 1 personal training at your home, outdoors or at a venue to suit you and your lifestyle, 30 or 60 min sessions available.

Personalised 1 to 1 / Semi-Private training at my small private gym located in North Walsham.
Work with me in a private place to improve your general fitness, performance and conditioning to get the most out of everyday life tasks or sport..
30 or 60 min sessions are available with savings for block bookings based on a general price of £20 per hour.

If you need a space to train then check out the private gym at Ric Mash Fitness & PT, it's an ideal environment for those who are just starting out on their fitness journey or self-conscious of exercising in front of others. It is equally suitable for more experienced exercisers who want a space to focus on their training without the distraction of others.
The gym can be hired out for £8 per hour ( Max users 2-3 people per session).
