How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
we work with the client & do our best to give them what they want . we don't tell customers " this is what you get or this is how it works -- no substitutions " you can put just about ANYTHING you want together & we'll get it on ! if we either can't do it or don't recommend a certain combo , side or whatever -- i'll tell you !!
What do you love most about your job?
giving the customer a meal that their family & guests will enjoy & remember for a long time . there's 3 things folks recall from practically ANY event : who the party was for ; how good the food was & how much fun they had !
Why should our clients choose you?
we're not the cheapest , we're not the most expensive , either . we're not " weekend warriors " that are out to make some xtra cash for a vacation or some new toy or who knows . this is what i do ! been here for 21 + yrs & will be here tomorrow .
