Nick Crosby was a pleasure to have as our landscape gardener /adviser. He devised a very attractive scheme based on our laypersons criteria. Almost everything that he proposed met with our approval. We wanted a few tweaks and he incorporated them without complaint. This was a pleasant change from our dealings with other "artists " whose attitude has been their way or no way. He attended when he said he would and was always courteous. His work was tidy and speedy. The many plants and trees and planters that he sold us were strong and seem sturdy. Our garden has to provide attractive vista's from our new holiday letting studio and our prominent road frontage. Nick really satisfied the brief. His work has received so many compliments. What do you love most about your job?
Working with plants and watching projects develop over the years.
Making calculated decisions on how two or plants may grow together and then seeing the success years later.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for quite a successful company in Battersea at the time London began to boom in the late 90's. They wanted to develop into hard landscape construction and my keen interest has always been plants.
A lady gardener in Ennismore Gardens reccommended me to a prominent garden designer and I decided to start my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
We can provide a complete program of garden and landscape maintenance which will enable the garden owner to understand how a landscape needs to be managed. This will enable them to undertake regular tasks or manage staff as the size of landscape requires .
