My name is Rian, I am a Personal Trainer at Studio 9 Fitness Wokingham and also offer mobile personal training within the surrounding areas.

I strive to help you become the best version of yourself. I will provide you with the exercise and nutrition knowledge you need to achieve your fitness goals and continue to lead a happy and healthy life.

Easy to get along with, truly interested in how fitness can improve your daily life and after nearly 3 years training with Rian he is still able to keep it interesting. I would recommend Rian to anyone interested in improving fitness for any reason. More...

Rian makes sure that training sessions are really varied, convincing you to try new ways of training and ensuring that you’re always being challenged. He has the right balance between being encouraging but firm enough to make you follow through with the exercises. He also creates workouts on an app that you can use at home meaning you can make use of his knowledge & advice outside of your training times. More...

I've been seeing Rian now for just over 2 years. He is incredibly knowledgeable, both in terms of physical exercise and well-being in general and as a result I always feel I'm in safe hands. He adapts his training style to suit each of his clients (my wife sees him as well), so I never feel pressured to do more than I'm comfortable with (although I generally ache the next day!) PT sessions with Rian are varied and fun. Each time he introduces new exercises which push every part of your body whilst being a supportive coach. You are guaranteed to be aching the next day, but looking forward to your next session. Studio 9 is great too with lots of different equipment and plenty of other people in the same boat as you. He helps you to push yourself and keeps on top of your progress - the nutrition plans he creates for you are easy to understand and follow. Rian is friendly and very easy to get on with.
