Riad was incredible to work with. He has great attention to detail, helps you with posing and helps capture the best photos possible. He was patient with creating the idea I wanted captured in the photos. He was personable and easy to work with. He was timely when it came down to meeting and even timely when it came down to receiving the edited versions of the photos he had taken. His quality of work really speaks for it self but apart from that he's an amazing person who helps you shine in your photos with his amazing photographer skills. Riad Edwards took pictures of my husband's 60th surprise party. His photos turned out incredible and we couldn't be happier. He took several photos and gave them to us in black/white and color. He not only took shots of everyone posing but also candid shots that were beautiful and caught the essence of the event. He was a professional friendly and engaging photographer. My wife and I hired Riad to photograph our wedding. Riad being a personal friend I knew his passion for photography but I would have never guessed the extent. I expected great things from his as a friend but alas when the pictures came back... I was floored from a professional standpoint. He never stopped snapping pictures literally thousands in the span of our 4 hour ceremony to reception. Catching everything from staged photos to spontaneous. He completely captured the energy of our day and our families coming together. Quality over quantity they say, but what if you can have both? And someone willing to go through each photo individually to give you the best result. There my friends you arrive at Riad someone that is in it to do right by you and give you the best damn result possible. Riad recently took photos for Mitchell Physical Therapy to help get our website upgraded. He did an amazing job getting good shots of both buildings, each individual staff member, and some great group pictures. He went above and beyond to make sure that he got the best lighting for the property pictures, which meant driving out there to time the sunlight best. I was very happy with the final outcome of all the pictures, and was thankful to get a separate folder of Riad's suggested photos - that saved me quite a bit of time when choosing which ones would go up on the website. The photos Riad took of my family exceeded my expectations by far! He was able to capture my 3 wild guys perfectly, which is not easy business. My wife and I were lucky to have Riad as our photographer for our engagement photos and during our wedding in Cancun. During the crazy events that unfolded Riad was a photographing ninja and was able to capture everyone's true emotions that day with minimal coaching or having people pose. He was constantly in the right spot to capture those moments. His professional presence put everyone at ease, and his ideas for us were easily attainable and all of them looked great! We highly recommend Riad for any occasion and will definitely be needing his services again.

I highly recommend Riad Edwards Photography to capture any life event you might want to document in photos. Riad did our engagement photos and our wedding photos. Obviously since I'm recommending him our photos turned out beautiful. A good photographer produces much more than beautiful photos however. From the first time we met Riad he put us at ease. After having an engagement session with a different photographer that felt awkward and forced, we were a little apprehensive when we met up with Riad for our "real" engagement session. He had already spent time scoping out the location (Mcmenamins Edgefield), and he had a bunch of shots in mind. He chatted with us while we were doing the shoot and it felt natural and basically like we were just hanging out with a friend. He gave us guidance and instructions when needed, but for the most part we just spent a couple of hours enjoying each other's company and documenting our lives. The images we received truly captured the love and intimacy that my now wife and I feel for each other.

Fast forward to the wedding...
If you haven't gotten married yet, it's hard to be prepared for all of the emotions you'll feel on your wedding day. You're excited, you're stressed out, you're anxious, and everyone you care about is about to show up FOR YOU! No pressure or anything. Riad got there early and got right to work. Of course we weren't ready when we said we would be ready, but he just adjusted to our timeline and got some incredible candid shots of the flowers, our nieces and nephews, the venue, etc. When we were finally ready, we did a first look session in which Riad captured the look on my face when I saw my wife for the first time in her dress right before we were going to walk down the aisle. These photos are so meaningful, they fill us with warmth and love every time we look at them.

My mom had a list of family combo photos she wanted and Riad totally accommodated her list. She actually declared his photos the best wedding photos she's ever seen. She is a tough critic so that's pretty high praise.

In case you didn't want to read the novel up there, Riad is an exceptional photographer because he has amazing natural talent, he is professional, he puts you at ease and knows when to give direction versus when to let things unfold naturally, he's incredibly adaptable, he gets your edited photos back to you promptly, and he's worth every penny he costs. I would highly recommend Riad Edwards Photography for every special occasion or just family photos! Riad did both our wedding pictures and Family pictures this year with in a few months of each other. He was very respectful and caring towards our wants and needs for both sessions. Our photos turned out even better then I could have ever hoped for. He was able to capture some of the most important moments that I will be able to look back on and remember forever. I highly recommend Riad Edwards Photography! As a mom of two young, wild children I always worry about how our family pictures will turn out. Riad not only was great with the kids but made us all feel comfortable and our pictures show genuine smiles and happiness. He was easy to schedule with, was willing to take pictures at the location we wanted, and was willing to take pictures until we were happy we got all the ones we wanted (and of course, he captured pictures we didn't even know we wanted!). Riad was amazing to work with! He did photos of my toddler, and not only did he PERFECTLY capture multiple sides of her personality in the photos, he was SO great with her! Riad is such a wonderful photographer to work with. He is never late and gives incredible direction.
