The staff are wonderful Brandi amazing. My swordfish was a bit dry which can happen if overcooked ( steak of the sea) but everything else was very good my friend had the Trout wonderful and we had the Mongolian ribs I will recommend and will try again

Food was delicious; it's all farm to table and they come up with really interesting dishes. The restaurant is cozy and has a really nice patio that opens up to a really beautiful central area of downtown Asheville.

The food was delicious. The place was very crowded but they squeezed us in at a cocktail table. We had the pork and steak, both very good. The best part was the fig cake for dessert. Had such a good meal here Sunday night. Had the Pimento pups, pork belly, cassoulet. All were excellent. Wife had chicken entree and I had the fish. Both very good. Had such a good meal went back on Monday. Had the pork belly again and the Grilled Grape Herb Salsa, Seared GG Kale, Spiced Hazelnuts portion of the appetizer was horrible. I've only ever had cocktails here...multiple occasions...but it's always great service. Currently here for drinks and it's clear their playlist is My Morning Jacket focused....so 10 stars!

Went to Rhubarb and sat at the bar for some cocktails and small plate dishes. Bartenders are very knowledgable and friendly. All the staff that served us were friendly. The decor was a modern industrial rustic feel but cozy. I would definitely recommend to everyone and am looking forward to my next visit. More...

I ate at rhubarb last night for the first time as I just moved to Asheville recently. The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Food was fantastic and the menu unique in the food presentation beautiful. Our waitress Anna was so knowledgeable about celiac’s and my allergy issues. The cocktails were decadent and the food delicious and the desert at the end was the cherry on the Sunday of this experience. I will be back again and again. More...

Good/OK food, great service, and comfortable. Bread was really good, lamb ribs were delicious, mixed lettuce salad was great. Pork shoulder was too salty and not cooked to perfection, but was ok. Roast chicken was also very good, but not the best. Waitress was incredibly good. I had my dinner at the bar. The food was good but it wasn't properly coursed so I reased my appetizer at the same time as the main dish which meant I ate the main dish cold.
