What do you love most about your job?
I love building relationships with people who want to improve and realize their stories. Be them organizations - where leaders are delivering a strategy through their organziation - or individuals - who are seeking intentional life transformations - we all have stories we want to build on and improve. I enjoy working with people who are passionate and personally invested in themselves and teams.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the challenge of starting and owning my own business, that cannot be duplicated working for someone else. Starting and running ones own business, much like the clietns I seek, forces me to continously evolve my expertise in areas I've trained and stretch my skills other areas.
Further, I'm able to work with clients I want and offer myself as part of their solution.

My education (PhD in Industrial Organization Psychology, MS in Clinical Psychology) and experience in coaching and organizational development offers a unique blend of theory and personal application that I apply to all of my clients.
