What do you love most about your job?
The end product. Rhino was build on the idea of service, allowing the customer to describe what they want and us providing that to a very high standard.
We are a very friendly team with current knowledge of all levels of AV equipment. Our engineers work with single party systems for a birthday right through to 110k person festival. Who ever it may be always gets the same service and that is important to us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in the industry and watching others be mis sold a product or being treated badly for not knowing all the product names and technical terms when hiring. We know it can be a mine field when looking for the right product and also costly. This is what made us feel that people do not need to be treated this was so we price fairly and consistently, no hidden charges.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have been established in this area for 4+ years, We currently hire to some of the largest, Universities, Theaters, Government departments and military bases in the South. We operate around the customers time frame and deliver,collect and demonstrate every product.
We carry all the correct insurances for our engineers and equipment and maintain that at a very high standard.
