I offer a one to one counselling service to help with Anxiety, Depression and relationships. Working together we find a way which facilitates change within you to overcome any obstacle in your way. Counselling is about helping you to understand yourself, to provide you with the tools you can use, to develop self-confidence and the strength to go on to be the best version of you, for you.

Wasn't sure what to expect from counselling but my sessions so far with Rebecca have been invaluable. She has made me feel at ease discussing anything that was on my mind, and being able to let my guard down and express some difficult emotions have been a great relief.
Rebecca is very easy to talk to, which makes a huge difference.
Booking sessions through her website is also incredibly simple.

Working one to one with my clients and facilitating change is the most rewarding part of what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to offer a service to anyone suffering or who just needs help to become unstuck.
Why should our clients choose you?
In a time where mental health is being made more aware to us, there are many people who offer to help change how you are to fit into society and to be more accepted by what is classed as normal, I’m saying no-one is normal, we all have times where mental health affects us, we are not perfect beings and that’s ok. I will not tell you to change, nor will I try to analyse you, I will be the non judgmental person you need for you to accept who you are
