I'm so happy I found Ryan - I couldn't have been any happier with the level of service I received. From start to finish everything was easy and without any hassle. .. and i was in pretty bad shape, there was a lot to be done and a lot i was very anxious and nervous about my situation. Ryan was a breeze to work with. He is competent, reliable, sincere and truly cares about his clients and craft. This is the first time I am filing with him, and what a difference! He replies to any of my questions on record speed. He does everything electronically, but I also appreciate the fact he came to me to sit down and discuss all my questions beforehand, as well as taking my calls. The tax return is on a PDF. He sends it with a password. All the information comes with bookmarks as a sidebar, so it is incredibly easy to find any information with just one click, as opposed to endlessly scroll. For payment, he offers both electronic and paper options. For returns, he offers the option for direct deposit (I had no idea that was possible!). I sat with him yesterday, and today all my taxes have been signed and sent off (talk about speed!). Not to mention, my return was FANTASTIC. 100% worth every penny. Like many people, taxes are not my expertise. However, this last year was slightly more complicated for us. Me and my husband are both in professional service industries: insurance and real estate. Last year we purchased our second property and we were not getting much help/advice from our previous accountant, so needless to say, we searched elsewhere. We were referred to Ryan by my brother and have had nothing but positive experiences. He is extremely responsive and definitely knows his stuff!He was able to advise us on what to expect on our upcoming tax returns and how the purchase of the new home would affect us. Honestly I'm a SBO (small business owner) and you know how complicated that is already. I was in a search of a new CPA or an accountant to do my books and I asked one of my good friends who also is a SBO to give me a referral and boy I am so glad that Ryan came through. I was referred Ryan at RGN accountancy group by a buddy of mine. I was looking because my current (now previous) accountant did not communicate with me at all. I have corp and individual returns that needed preparing, and I gave them all my documents early February, and rather than prepare them, they immediately placed me on extension. They did not communicate with me, well and when they did they were billing me for every minute! Ryan was extremely helpful getting me through this harrowing ordeal, and he definitely had entertainment industry knowledgeable. I am an engineer and usually do my taxes myself using online software, but this year I needed extra help filing my returns because of significant changes. Ryan came to the rescue! He gave me an honest quote and was extremely professional and responsive via email. We met a couple times in person by way of him driving out to meet me, which was convenient. I have nothing but positive reviews for Ryan. Honestly, it was the easiest and most convenient tax filing I've ever had. I had previously always done my taxes with H&R Block in West Hollywood, but honestly - never again. Ryan is knowledgeable, he worked to my needs and schedule, and was extremely helpful in making it easy for me. Everything was done so professionally, electronically (which makes a change from having to print, post etc), and it was done at a fraction of the time it's taken other accountants. My wife and I had a very complicated return this year: multiple W-2's, self-employment earnings, and a multi-member LLC. We were pretty concerned about the outcome. Ryan is quick to respond. Upon working with him, He clearly has a lot of industry knowledge.  Of all the CPAs I've ever worked with, he impressed me because he was really thorough in doing my taxes so that it was the most beneficial to me, and even though it was in the height of the season, he was quick in answering my questions and getting back to me. I was having problems with my last accountant, so I needed to make a change. I had to change from a sole proprietorship to a corporation, and I was getting ill advised by my previous accountant.
