Reyes Personal Training

About

Alejandra Graduated from Hartford Public High school in 2012 and moved on to Manchester Community College to pursue an Associates degree in General Studies in order to fulfill requirements for a Bachelors in the Athletic Training Program at Central Connecticut State University. Reyes fulfilled all of the requirements for her Personal Training, and Cardiopulmonary certification through the global testing company ExpertRating. She is also certified in Adult First Aid/CPR and AED through the Red Cross. Her passion for learning, and her motivation to help others achieve their fitness goals made a huge impact on the people she has trained. Her goal is to help people improve their overall quality of life through exercise outside of the generalized gym atmosphere by promoting outdoor activities as well as self growth through at home training for people who struggle with getting out of their house to go get their training done.
