Tori is absolutely incredible!She works with my 15 year old son Collin who is a skateboarding athlete. Candidly, this was a bit intimidating for a teenage boy and Tori did a great job making it "user friendly" and a excellent process for Collin. She first got a very strong grasp of his current diet and customized a food plan around what HE LIKES TO EAT.(minus Slurpees and Lemon Heads ...LOL)She clearly spent a lot of time researching a food plan that he can stick with and meets his individual needs.She also has a way of teaching us WHY certain foods will help him reach his goals and educated him on why eliminating certain foods would be so positive for him.Additionally she was not overly rigid and helped us learn good food choices when we are on the road.She was very inclusive answering our questions ..and even for someone like myself who understands a lot about nutrition...she teaches all of us lifelong eating skills for excellent health for our whole family.I highly recommend and encourage you work with Tori. I have struggled with weight loss and exercise a majority of my life. I must mention, I was a very picky eater and was hesitant that I wouldn't be able to get meal plans where I would enjoy what I eat. Once I decided to join ERL and after talking to Tori, I never looked back. She is very attentive to you needs, wants, and really listens. I've been enjoying my meal and workout plans so much. I am a part time student with two jobs, so my schedule can be quite hectic. Her program makes it so easy to learn and to really change your lifestyle habits. For the first time in my life, I've been consistent with my diet and exercise even with having a cheat meal or two. I definitely plan to keep in touch with her throughout my journey and go to more training session. More...

I loved my experience with Tori. She was able to break everything down in a way that made sense and I was so happy with my before and after results. I not only lost weight, but learned a ton about nutrition and how to eat right, many things that I thought I knew, but had no idea! I also loved the recipe booklets she gave me! I feel very fortunate to have worked with Tori on my nutritional plan. I was having a few minor health issues and just felt that my diet was the root of the problems. Through a very detailed question-and-answer process she discovered what I was eating, what I like to eat and ultimately what would be the most beneficial nutrition plan for my lifestyle (I purposely didn't say diet here because I never felt like the meal plan she developed for me was going on a diet). She cut out the foods that were harmful replaced them with ones that are beneficial and showed me how to prepare the right portions for sensible meals. She also supplied me with a ton of recipes using the ingredients that were recommended for me. It was an incredible process and I'm very grateful that I now know not only what to eat but how to prepare healthy meals that are super tasty. I had the great pleasure of working with Tori on my nutrition and health objectives. I found when it comes to health and especially nutrition, I really needed to work with someone whom I felt completely comfortable and with whom I trusted implicitly. And, I found this in Tori. She is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I provided an "honest" food diary to Tori without feeling any shame or fear of being judged. She made me so comfortable. And her recommendations for me were thorough and very detailed. It's true that exercise contributes to our overall well being but it's the type of nourishment that we provide our bodies that determines if our bodies will run efficiently and correctly. Choosing healthy and nourishing whole foods is essential to our overall health and wellbeing.

We integrate techniques, tools, education, and accountability to help you succeed in obtaining a healthier lifestyle.

It takes discipline and the ability to form new habits. It's about finding true fulfillment - not just fleeting moments of happiness.

I became a nutritionist because of my knowledge and passion for food but also because I understand the impact that our diet plays on the functioning of our bodies...from how we feel to what's going on at the cellular level. I love being part of that "ah hh!" moment when my clients understand and embrace who they are and begin to take control of how they treat themselves both physically and emotionally. It's a beautiful transformation!

I'm not very rigid in my techniques. I don't believe in one-size fits all rules. I am open to experiences and learning from everyone. I enjoy being creative and developing tools that combine many areas of emotional development. We are not one aspect of ourselves, we are holistic - our emotions and thoughts contribute to our physical bodies. I haven't found too many nutritionists who work in this way.
