I started working out at Revolution Fitness a month ago and I absolutely love it. Before starting, Ben sat down with me to talk about my history with fitness and the goals I have. He created an awesome plan that's challenging but doable and takes into account everything I shared with him prior to scheduling. I was struggling with lower back pain before starting, and it's lessened dramatically. I'm also sleeping better at night, and I've noticed that my strength and cardiovascular fitness have benefitted and will continue to do so as I stay consistent. One thing I love about Ben is that he's not pushing me to lose weight or track my body fat, but instead he's helping me meet my goals for improved range of motion, strength, and heart/lung health. Whenever I tried to stick to lifting weights, I would end up stopping, due to neck and back pain. Jenny is the bees knees. I'm usually intimidated by gyms or athletes. Within 2 minutes of meeting Jenny I knew she was exactly what I needed to meet my goals. She kicks my butt, and will listen to me complain. Always with the most uplifting, realistic comebacks. She's the BFF or sister I've always needed to workout with, she won't let me give up on myself.
