I like this gym, there is a variety of good classes which are taught well. Staff are friendly and helpful, which is welcoming. The only negative is the car parking, as a paying gym member I expect to be able to park; I went at a non-peak time and the car park was full with people who work around the area and do not want to buy permits to park where they work. This caused myself and several other members to have to drive around until one became free as all road space was taken too. I live 20 mins away from the gym by car so prefer to drive there. Members should be given some form of parking permit and non-members/visitors should not be allowed to park there. More...

Good gym to be part of. It is located at well accessible location and is easy to find. Inside you will find many great weight machines, free weights and study rooms for classes that are provided by the gym. Staff are very helpful and will assist you in any way possible, thus, feel free to ask any question to the staff and they will help you. The gym was great I loved the lovely smell of sweat and the mold in the showers had a very pungent smell everytime I took a whiff it made me 1 inch bigger that’s rly good for my irectile disfunction ever since the feds put me on pills to stop me from touching kids quite sad that there wasn’t any tho I am making it a 4 star because the beautiful youth wasn’t attending. Good if you aren't using at peak times regularly. Otherwise even at its cheap price it's not worth attempting to go without wasting your time waiting for equipment. I go off peak times now and enjoy it here very much. It's very simple and great value for money. First time here today and 12 years since being in a gym environment. Really relaxed vibe here no weight room warriors hanging around. Machines were all clean, working and plenty of them.
