ReVitahealth’s Personal Support Workers follow a patient specific plan of care prepared by one of our professionally regulated and licensed nurses. Our PSWs are graduates of certified, accredited programs and are thoroughly screened for your added comfort.

Your personal trainer will create a home exercise prescription and present you with health nutrition tips specifically designed to help you achieve your desired results. You will be able to identify a plan that will help you get stronger, increase your endurance, burn unwanted fat and make you feel more energized.

Your trainer will meet you where you are, whether you are a beginner or a little more advanced with your current workout regimen, our trainers will tweak your routine to keep you motivated so you can see positive results. Learn different styles of cardio and resistance training that can be performed right at home even when your time may be limited.

ReVitahealth Wellness specializes in promoting physical activity for adults and seniors. Regular Physical Activity is vital to your ability to remain healthy and strong and we also recognize that physical activity is a means to prevent or delay the onset of disease. We provide classes for all levels of fitness that are engaging and easy to learn. Our instructors are experienced and completely enjoy guiding participants through their own unique style of introducing fitness and choreography.

Join us on location in Mississauga, convenient to Erin Mills Town Centre, bus routes and highway 403. For added convenience, our instructors can arrange to come to you! We are pleased to offer exercise group classes for adults and seniors at your local community centre, special interest group or assisted care facility across the Greater Toronto Area.
