George is great, he puts together a rehab pack including your own personal video which talks you throught what is wrong and how to do each exercise along with powerpoint slides explaining each exercise aswell.

George has been assisting me with recovering from an anterior cruciate ligament tear in my right knee caused by a sports injury. I have been recieving physio sessions from George for over a month now and I have already noticed a huge improvement in my knee stability and flexibility and have been able to return to physical activities such as the gym and football. George was also able to provide me with a personalised PowerPoint presentation following the first physio session which has been particularly useful. The PowerPoint presentation covers areas such as the background to the injury, the recovery process and detailed explanations of the most beneficial exercises which can be done at home to optimize the recovery process.
