About

I am a full qualified psychotherapy offering therapy for a variety of mental and emotional issues such as depression, addiction, anxiety and relationship & intamacy difficulties. My role in therapy is to offer a safe and confidential space to explore and experience the struggle within you. We will work together to really understand you and find the path for you to make the changes you wish to see.
I have studied in a person centred style of counselling but can provide a more integrative approach to therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Psychodynamic, Transaction analysis (TA) Egans counselling model & Solution Focused approach.

My approach at rethinktherapy is transforming your life starts by a positive change in the way we process thoughts about ourselves and others as well as our view of the world. This change is achieved in a relationship process rather than an individual process.

We discover who we are by the level and depth of intimacy and connection we have with others. We learn to develop and grow through these powerful connections to others. As therapy can help develop our awareness and skills to move forward we can improve the lives of the ones we care about through our own change.
