Amazing workshop with Alison last week. She explains everything clearly and in a way that even a technophobe like me can understand.
I thoroughly recommend her courses which deliver exactly the right amount of detail to avoid brain overload.

Alison delivered a very informative, concise and relaxed education session on the best use of Linkedin. It was a real lightbulb moment for us, we had no idea that we could utilise it as such a productive tool - we were doing it really badly to be fair! We are now going to invest in similar packages looking at other Social Media such as Twitter and facebook to see how much more we can gain from these tools also. Really great company, and always there to support - in fact, they may well end up managing this function for us at some stage in the future. More...

I attended a linkedin workshop with Alison in Stamford a few weeks ago, I throughly enjoyed the class, Alison was very informative but also relaxed, we got a chance of looking at our own situations and any problem solving I would recommend to anyone who need to get to grips on any social media to get in touch with Alison. I have a passion for retail and I love social media. So I took my retail skills developed over 20 years in marketing and merchandising for high street retailers, and I took my social media skills learned in an agency, marketing my own e-commerce business and in professional studies and created Retail Post.
The variety of clients, the scope of their needs and their drive to succeed in their business makes every day different. Who wants to do the same thing, day after day? We certainly don't and with social media always changing and adapting to users needs, we are pretty much living the dream job!

Working in a social media agency taught me the skills to provide a quality and commercially viable service to clients but it didn't always feel right in terms of the level of service I felt our clients needed.
Social media isn't a tick box exercise and I wanted to give clients the service that would help grow their business by building relationships with their customers. That's why at Retail Post we focus on engagement generating content and then following up on that engagement with personalised replies and social listening to help potential customers. Basically, it's all about quality not quantity. Who cares if you have 10k followers if none of them are your target customer and aren't going to recommend your business.

A quality service delivered by people that are just an extension of our own business is what is at the heart of Retail Post.
We get excited by new developments in the social media world so that we can create new and exciting campaigns just right for you and your target customer.
