Called Jonathan after a nasty iron burn to our carpet. We thought we might have to replace the whole (large) carpet but Jonathan did a fantastic job and we can't recommend him highly enough. It was only a small job for him and awkward, as he had to pick up keys from elsewhere and parking was a real issue. His communication with us was excellent, he arrived exactly as promised, the work was neat and to a very high standard and his price was excellent.
