Polish traditional food is made from lean meat fresh vegetables and loads of passion.

What’s your signature dish?
Most popular dish in polish cuisine are dumplings.
Made from wheat flour dough half moons stuffed with many amazing flavours.
Potatoes and cheese, spinach and feta cheese, meat, sauerkraut and wild mushrooms, fresh fruits :)
For meat lovers we have something special, huge pork schnitzels served with freshly daily made salads.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Most important thing is to meet and talk with potential clients about their needs, character of parties, budget or any special requests :)
We are very open-minded and I truly believe, we will be able to find something for everyone.
What do you love most about your job?
Most important thing which we love about our job, is cooking for our guests and seeing how happy and full they are.
We love to meet new people and try new recipes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was our dream to have our own restaurant, so when opportunity came, we had to do step ahead!!
Since 04.2017 we are operating in centre of Holbeach.
