This is not my first go with equity release, first one was in 2011 with 6 subsequent withdrawls. Average rate for the six loans with 5. 15 % compounding daily. we took out equity release on our house in March to help our 2 daughters get on the property ladder. Our close friend wanted to enjoy his later years with no money worries, so we helped him look for various ways of doing this.
