The 'joys' of renovation in an older home, no matter how minor managed to come to the fore once again. We were stuck with a tradesman unable to work because he discovered some dodgy electrical wiring. We needed an electrician immediately or we would have been stuck with a big hole in the side of our home. I called Response and the lass who answered summed up my despair pretty quickly and through rearrangement of scheduled jobs, she managed to dispatch a young fellow (Mitch). The speed of attendance actually surprised me and he was there within 30 minutes from the initial call. He had my other tradesman free to work again within about 15 - 20 minutes so he saved the day big time. Unfortunately, he saw some other things with the wiring that was less than satisfactory. Thankfully.....all is fixed now. Mitch was very good indeed, a very decent fellow. Response were pretty sensational really.....cannot thank them enough. Apologies if I caused a delay to other clients but it really did mean we did not have to sleep with the giant hole in our wall that night.George More...

My electrician finished previous job early. He had the wit and initiative to phone and ask if he could arrive an hour early. Brilliant! Of course I accepted the offer. He then completed the relatively small job I had requested to get done. However, i knew there was one additional safety issue that needed attention and he then suggested another to bring the system up to current standard. Both were atte ded to efficiently and the additional cost was entirely reasonable. I will definitely contact Response Electricians for any future domestic electrical work that needs doing. More...

I was more concerned about how to get extra power outlets for inside and outside purposes, that too without being noisy and within a minimum destructive manner.
It was a shock when I came to know the fact that not having conduit pipe in the wall can hinder the chances of installing power outlets without drilling the wall. I am thankful to Response Electricians for the awesome work they did at my home. All the inside outlets were installed at the points where I wanted to - exact same height. All the outlets installed by Response Electricians were almost similar to the ones which were installed by my builder. No noise, no drilling and everything was done in the given estimated time frame. The workman came was polite and friendly and professional. Thanks Response Electricians.
