End of Tenancy Cleaning
I paid Respons24 for an end-of-tenancy clean. They showed nearly an hour late and then had to go to the shop to buy supplies. They sent an invoice at 7 am on the day of the clean and expected me to have paid it before they started at 11 am. They put the wrong bank details on the invoice, which meant it took a week of phone calls and emails to get my money back from the wrong company. During this time Shay threatened me with police action. When the letting agent checked the property, they did not believe a professional had been in because it was so dirty. We were charged £240 for a second clean by a real professional cleaner. I cannot think of any way that Respons24 could be worse, I would give 0 stars if I could. More...
