Eoin and Killian are exceptional trainers that listen to you and understand what you are trying to achieve.
The gym itself is well equipped, and very welcoming.
I would recommend Resolve Fitness to anyone, no matter what stage you are at, if you want to make positive changes to your physical and mental wellbeing.
It's easy to book a class through the app or you can just do it through the website.
With the addition of the new treatment rooms and the yoga studio it really does cater for all needs.
