Thank you for the fantastic job you did of our driveway this week. It looks even better than we hoped for! Nigel and the other staff were great, real perfectionists and took care with every little detail. They were helpful with ensuring I was still able to get out with the pushchair at all stages of the driveway work, too, and lifted it over a few times which was much appreciated. Our criteria when we are looking for a company to do work starts with whether there is a good vibe about them; do they have good experience, know their stuff, are in demand, can work with us and we trust they will treat us fairly if anything changes or goes wrong? We employed Resin Driveway Creations because we had a good vibe from meeting them and we definitely made the right choice. All our questions about the work were answered either by sales or the team who design and build the driveways who came round to see us and help us work out how to get over specific problem areas. They listened to everything we wanted and advised, reassured and completed everything they said they would. We were relieved to deal with people who are not out to cut corners or cheat you on materials but want to do a proper job which will leave you smiling! It was reassuring to know they completed over 3000 jobs. We asked to have the ticket on delivery of the aggregate to put my mind at ease that it was the material specified and it was no problem at all. Everyone who worked on our job was always communicating what they were doing and what would happen next and we were included in any decisions to be made about the finer details. The site slopes and was challenging in places as the ground undulates quite a bit and it required a lot of digging out, grading and building up with aggregate but the end result couldn't have been better. Exceptional in every way! Resin Driveway Creations transformed the front of our house, not only does it look beautiful, but it feels so much bigger than before and we are delighted. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly, professional and considerate. The fitters were an absolute pleasure to have at our house and nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending (and I have been!) this company and they exceeded our expectations to the point that within a week we asked them to come back and do the rear garden too! I have recently had my drive completed by Resin Creations. The guys worked into the dark to get as far as they could, but needed to leave a join to then complete the job the next day. When they had finished the final part, the join was clearly noticeable. I think they were trying to fit too much in. So, why the 5 star review?

Although I wasn't happy with the first finish (seeing the join), they were quick to come out and put things right and insisted on leaving me with a drive I could be proud of. Sometimes, when everything goes right, you don't get a chance to see how a company reacts when things don't go right. It is these moments that really allow a company to shine. Resin Creations shined!!

Thank you guys. I know the first time around wasn't as I would have liked it, but you stood up when needed and that shows a great company. I will be recommending you. More...

We wanted our driveway updated and hubby chose Resin Driveway Creations! We couldn't have picked a better Company! Right from Darren, Sales Rep down to the Installation Team, we knew we had picked a winner! The craftsmanship and the perfection that has gone into this is second to none! The Team were absolutely great, helpful, polite and considerate in every way. Would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this Company! The amount of people that have walked past and taken photo's (more-so of the board they left for us) and have commented on how lovely and neat everything is.
