We have been working with Resi since August on a side return extension/remodel. Having done previous building work and approached other architects for this project I can safely say the experience has been very positive. They are very cost effective, the design advice and delivery of project vision have been great. The best bits have been the online dashboard helping keep all the info in one place and keeping everything on track while demystifying what is a complex process (so much better than previous experiences) and the links to contractors have been generally good - our builders particularly are wonderful and very professional. Any issues - it was easy to talk to the company and get help with revisions/adjustments. Communication was always pleasant and helpful. If I ever had any other architectural projects in the future I wouldn't hesitate to go to Resi again. Oh and they were around 35% of the cost of other alternatives. Thanks Resi ! More...

I don't know much about the place as I just started attending a course here for the first time. All I know is that there is a variety of courses run here. It has a lift going upto the 4th or 5th floor if you can't use the stairs. The receptionist is always very helpful and pleasant. I think refreshments are available to buy. A fantastic service from the very first interaction and throughout. We are delighted with the plans that have been submitted. However, that's not the whole story. On the first cold enquiry call that I made to Resi, I was professionally guided through how the service worked, the timescales and some of the costs that I could expect. From the point that I said I would like to go ahead with the project the communication has been exemplary, the level of professionalism has not wavered from everyone that I dealt with. On the day that my house was surveyed the whole impressive process was explained to me and was completed almost to the minute that was promised. The next stage after the survey (the exciting bit) was when Seb an extremely talented architect) took us through his designs. We were absolutely blown away with some of the amazing ideas that he had incorporated into our 'basic wants'. I was wary of using a completely remote service to plan our extension but in the end I loved it.
