all I can say is wow. I have attended 2 of Cheryl reset yoga and she extends all expectations. she creates an atmosphere of absolute love and you don't feel pressured but always reassured on how amazing you are doing. the meditation is so grounding and connecting and the goodie bags and brownies are to die for. such a beautiful soul connecting other beautiful souls More...

I love going to Cheryl’s yoga classes. She’s the friendliest instructor and so encouraging even when you are just starting out. The classes are always really enjoyable and challenging (whatever ability you are). I especially love the Sunday sessions as it really sets me up for the month. More...
