Reset Stress

I was introduced to Josephine during a particularly difficult time in my life. I am living with an incurable cancer and have experienced a high level of stress and depression. This was exacerbated by a second cancer diagnosis and subsequent relational problems.
Josephine is consumately professional yet warm and engaging in her unique approach to counselling.
Although I was initially reluctant when counselling was suggested, I soon came to enjoy, and benefit from, our sessions.
