This printing service is the best I have used in Berkeley, they are very quick to respond via email and had my flyers printed within a couple hours. They were very nice when I went in to speak with them and the prices are way cheaper than any other printing place in Berkeley. This was the first time I've visited a printing place, and I had a great experience here! I needed to get a couple of posters printed, and as a college student without a car, this seemed like the best option. Helpfulness: 5/5Amit was extremely helpful despite my lack of preparedness and experience. I had forgotten my USB containing the file, but I had it uploaded on Google Drive. Amit let me borrow a computer, so I could directly send the file to his e-mail. Then, while he was explaining the different options I could get for my prints, he helped me understand the differences between them, which was really helpful for a beginner. All in all, I had a pleasurable experience here and did not feel intimidated or nervous despite being unfamiliar with everything. Pricing: 5/5In addition, the pricing was great compared to other places! I searched around a lot online before deciding to come here, and many places charged over $20 just to have my posters printed. I was working on a budget and getting my posters printed here costed about $11.Efficiency: 5/5I had rushed to finish my design for the posters and to get them printed because I feared that printing the posters would take longer than a couple of days. However, my prints were finished in less than 24 hours! Amir contacted me as soon as they were finished, and when I came to pick them up, he immediately knew who I was and what I came here for. Amit and team are amazing!  I have to hand it to them, as Replica met my deadlines and even gave me a surprise when I saw the price.  To go into detail is: I had many files with special trims and varying text weights and they were able to give me pointers on what to adjust and change for future prints.  They also helped adjust my files so they fit better with no issues without me asking as they will tell me what's happening as they check the files.  My deadline was in two days but I had emailed them my requests the prior day for confirmation and checking.  I went to Replica the next day but both techs were out for reasons I can agree are unavoidable (first time this has happened in my few times here); but I have to say "WOW", because the next day (the day before the deadline) I showed up at 10am to hand off the other files to learn they already started printing my custom book. This was for my portfolio so they saved me by a long shot.  They know the ins and outs of what works and what doesn't as I didn't give them the style of paper for the book but they did what was best and appropriate and the surprise was I actually found the book looked better than I thought the outcome would be.  It wasn't a forced decision as they elaborated why those options were chosen because the options I wanted originally wouldn't have worked in the overall binding.  The best part is they did all my prints in the same day which is hard to get from other professional print shops.  The quality is amazing as well as their prices are competitive.  Definitely one of my go to places to print when I need things done.Big Pros:They tell you if files are off somewhere and give you instructions on what to change for future. ( I've used them a few times and each time they tell me what could be changed if there's a problem)They don't haggle you on anything even when you have special requests on prints as they will tell you what's possible or not and if there's a solution.They also explain and show you the types of paper if you're unsure on your choice.They even give you a expected finish time so you can prepare yourself if you are requesting same day printing.Cons:None as there's been no issues whatsoever since I found them on a random search. My university department has been using Replica Digital Ink for over five years for our printing needs. They are extremely price competitive (we switched over to them because our previous printer company was considerably more expensive). We usually print about ten lab books every year, running anywhere from 50 to 250 pages. Each printing consists of between 40 to 200 lab books. I have been here a bunch of times to print photos and documents, make copies and scan, and I have always had a great experience. The staff is kind, friendly, and professional and their prices are very cheap. I was impressed by the quality of the photos I printed and by how affordable it was. They have self-service, or if you need them to do it for you, the usually have ready later on the same day. I love Replica! I'm a graphic designer in Berkeley, I use them all the time. They always make me look good. I recently had them print a small, soft cover art book (staple stitch) everything was perfect, the color, resolution, pagination. I had previously used an online printer with awful results. Using Replica was a treat! And the price was the same.Their turn around time is excellent. Really fast. Much faster then PS. The biggest drawback is that the neighborhood's Parking is awful. I use Replica all the time for our business - they are fast, cheap, and do a good job of making our not-so-professional artwork actually look like we intended it to look, even without the proper bleeds and color format. They have done some beautiful posters, bookmarks, programs, brochures, postcards and more for us. I don't bother comparing prices with other printing places anymore because Replica almost always comes out as the cheapest if we select the pick-up option. If you need any art (read: you're a weeb that sells fanart at anime conventions, like me) or design work (when I was at Cal studying architecture and needed a nice large print of my work, I came here) printed, this is your place. Super fast and very accommodating, this has been the best print shop I've ever been to. You can upload your files online and pick them up next day, and I've definitely had some pretty big order sizes sometimes.... They offer a ton of different paper types/weights/textures though, which you can't pick out online, but it is worthwhile to stop by instore and consult with them. I've since moved and I've tried to find others that could compare in SF... but alas, none of them even compare. Thank you to the dudes there that will run my jobs last minute or reprint stuff because I needed to adjust colors, or will patiently explain to me how bleed works (I am now a better person for it).
