Another satisfied customer:I came in to see you 'repair guys' last Thursday, with the "challenge of the week".My daughter had bought a table lamp in Australia: it wasn't an expensive purchase, but means a lot to my daughter in terms of memories of one of her 'holidays of a lifetime'. The electrics needed soldering - and I thought of you! The repair was more complex than I thought and took two of you longer than expected. Had issues with my Samsung soundbar which was under warranty. Whilst the initial repair didnt work, when I contacted the Repair Guys they apologised and agreed to see me eatly in the morning (work meant i couldnt get there in the normal hours)and the guy sorted my problem while i waited. This company is great for repairs when the manufacturer doesn't want to know. Had a 'old' washing machine repaired cost effectively when it was just a door catch. Also had two iRobot roomba robot vacuum cleaners repaired where the manufacturer advised they were no longer supported. Repair Guys got them both working again. New lease of life. Good to have them in my team!! I'll use them for any out of warranty repairs in the future. Would recommend them. More...

We have had to call the repair guys out twice on two separate issues, January & March 2015. No issues with the service, which was excellent. Only time issues were to do with ordering parts and to be expected.Also excellent service and support from John Lewis. More...
