We have 25 years experience on Computer Repairs and we are Microsoft, CompTIA and Cisco Certified Engineers.
We are professionals and we always try to solve the problem in one visit to the customer.
We are are using Fixed Price Zones and not Hourly Rate for our services @Home so the customer always know the final price of the service without having to worry about the time.
The three Price Zones are:
Zone 1 (Repairs up to One Hour)
Zone 2 (Repairs up to Two Hours)
Zone 3 (Repairs longer than Two Hours)
Every one of our services belong to a Price zone. For example, "Windows Installation" belongs to Zone 2 and it has a specific price. If we need 1 hour or 4 hours for the repair, the price for the customer remains the same.
All Secondary Services have 50% discount.
For example, "Windows Installation" belongs to Zone Two and it costs £100 +VAT. If the customer needs backup and restore of the user files, the "Backup & Restore" Service belongs to Zone 1, £50.00+VAT. Because in this case Backup & Restore is a secondary service, the customer will pay £25.00 for it, instead of £50.00.
