Do not ever hesitate to call this company!They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service!! Jacob recently fixed my LG washer. Â Unfortunately the main board had gone out.Jacob searched and found a replacement and in 3 days he was at my house to install it. Â Unfortunately due to no fault of his own it turned out to be the incorrect part. Jacob again was on the phone and he located the correct part here in Austin and was back to install it early the very next morning!As if all that was not enough, while the washer was pulled out he vacuumed all the dust from behind the my washer! Â He gave a few options on what to do and when repair was finished, gave several tips on procedures to prevent future issues. My dryer continued to cycle but wouldn't heat or dry the clothing  so I called these guys.  I told them that it took sometimes more than 3 cycles to dry effectively.  They told me that it was likely the vent being clogged and sure enough it was.  They said to do it on my own and to call them if the problem persisted.  Well, they were right and saved me a good chunk of money.  I never actually used their service but I did take their free advice.  I would definitely use them in the future.
