A massive Thank you to Nyime and the team at this fabulous company for repairing and upgrading my pc for my children. Nothing was too much trouble, the team are very knowledgeable and polite. I have just had a laptop repair completed at Repair 4 PC,and both Nyime and Dan were a pleasure to deal with.From the first phone call to the last,they were helpfull,friendly and precise with information. I found this shop by searching on Yell and looking for the shop with the most good reviews. I took my laptop to them cos I needed to fix my keyboard and they said they had to order one from America so I waited. Then they called to say my laptop is ready and they brought my laptop back and it's working again! :D The guys there are very nice and friendly and very helpful and I would recommend them. :D More...

PC went down p.m. on the 23rd December. Rang Nyime, and although he was closing at 5pm until 4/01/2016, he told me to take in and he would look at it that afternoon. Living locally to the shop I was there in 10 minutes. He look at it immediately, and diagnosed fault. He said he could repair it before 5pm. However, looking round the shop I decided to purchase another unit, and he said he could copy programmes, from my unit , across in 1 hour. Ring at 3.30pm. he said. At 3.30pm the unit was ready and waiting (just need e-mail access to be done). Brilliant service!!! Can you imagine Currys or any of the other majors providing this kind of service. More...

My first experience with Nyime and this business was when I moved to the UK in 2011; Nyime took my bare US hard drive and transferred all my records to my husbands computer in no time. Since then they have helped me on a number of occasions and every time the service was great, staff is friendly and helpful, the prices are very fair, they always exceed my expectations and it's a delight to work with them. I was first introduced to Repair4PC by a friend in 2012 and I can only say that the service provided is second to none. The problem I had with my laptop seemed to be on-going and when I explained everything to Brad in the shop, he was confident they would be able fix the problem without too much difficulty and I was very pleased with the result. I have since updated my laptop and purchased my new machine from Nyime who is the owner of Repair4PC. I have recently updated to Windows 10 and whilst it was difficult for me to travel to the shop in Brierley Hill at that time, Nyime visited my home to collect the laptop and I picked it up the next day. I am very pleased with service. I had a problem with my computer as it was not starting up properly. We got in touch through the Bark. com and the response was quick and helpful. As I could not not make it in to see them at their shop they were happy enough to collect my PC from my house and even offered to deliver and setup after it was repaired.

I chose to collect it in the end and was very pleased the friendly service I recieved there too. All in all a pleasant and efficient service that I would happily recommend to all. More...

All together a very good experience and resolution of my PC problem. First contact I made was by phone and I was treated with the up most courtesy. Engineer came to my home and had to take my computer to the workshop to rectify the problem. Got back to me within 24 hours with an explanation of the problem and how they could rectify it. So yh I recently took my ps4 slim here to get a replacement power unit as a slug blew the old one and it was done within a week quality work and even gave a warranty would definitely use them again realy good place for repairs

My old laptop well and truly died so i purchased a brand new one. The trouble was i lost all my files and emails. so i went to REPAIR4PC in Brierley Hill they down loaded all my files and emails from the hard drive on my old laptop directly to the hard drive on my new one. Brilliant!.

I thought that I had lost everything, especially as the cloud had expired the previous day. But a very courteous young man, called around to look and advised me of the charges if he could not fix it. He took the computer away and called a few days later to confirm that all could be saved. I included an upgrade as well to windows 10. He called around to install. I had my Sony VA10 wiped and upgraded to Windows 10 here a few weeks ago. From the outset they made it perfectly clear what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. They called me (as they said they would - a rarity these days! ) well in advance of the given time scale. When I went to collect my laptop their focus was on how to use Windows 10 rather than getting the money off me. Outstanding service.

I had a VERY annoying issue with my PC, whenever windows launched to desktop, it would run for 5 seconds then display only the colour black, which meant I could not see a THING in order to try and fix it. I spent the next three days trying to fix the issue but every avenue lead me only to failure.

Since I was absolutely stumped, I decided to give Repair 4 PC a call as I had driven past the shop a number of times and I am now so glad I did.

I explained my issue to the young man on the phone and he agreed it was indeed an odd one so he then invited me to the shop and told to bring my PC.

Long story short, it took this guy 1 hour to nail the issue and now my PC runs perfectly, it's the reason I'm able to write this review.

On top of all this, the quality of service from Repair 4 PC is brilliant, I felt like the chap who helped me genuinely cared and was more than happy to approach a new challenge. I explained to him how important my PC was to me as I use it for work etc etc and he totally understood.

I fully recommend Repair 4 PC, it was a well kept shop with a very friendly environment. I believe them to be a good bunch who won't think twice about going the extra mile for you. More...
