Having been very fit previously but not training in over 20 years, I gained Emily’s assistance and advice and I have started to train and eating right again. I was a bit worried about getting into fitness again but Emily is down to earth and nothing is too much trouble with all the questions I had. The training she introduced suits my needs with 1 to 1 training and after a few sessions I am managing to push myself under Emily guidance. If you’re looking for a Training Professional who has the training, knowledge and a down to earth personality where nothing is too much trouble, for 1 to 1 training or group training, then I highly recommend Emily for your fitness training needs.
