I am revising this review from 1 star following extreme effort by the rentmyhome group to correct the problem and apologise for the mistakes. It is good to know that a company does really value customer feedback. Sorry to give this review, but our experience as a potential tenant was poor. The first time the gentleman had problems finding the property in question and confirming the availability, he then said someone would phone us back to arrange a Saturday morning viewing. When the lady phoned back she said the agent couldn't do that and gave a choice of Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, we said Monday 10am. On Monday morning, ready to go, I rang because we had not recieved an e-mail confirmation and were a little concerned, only to be told 'the agent is away until Monday evening and didn't let us know'. I actually haven't rented or viewed any property from RentMyHome but I had a missed call minutes after I enquired about a property on Rightmove and it was to inform me that the property has unfortunately been taken but they will keep my details on file if anything comes up , to match my circumstances I guess.
It was so thoughtful, alot just ignored me or a break up text at best.

If there were 6 stars I would have given it to them. I am one of those victims of the high street agents so was very pleased to have spoken to Tom who convinced me of the benefits.
I put my faith in them and they did not disappoint.
The professional photography was briilliant and part of the service. Natasha who was handling my case was amazing - very professional and helpful right to the end. She and her colleagues made things easy and explained my queries - always on hand to help.
It took longer to find a tenant but would not put this down to RMH as it was the world cup.
To those of you who have second thoughts - they provide just as much as the high street agents except showing people around. Don't be fooled by the talk that a high street agent is more of an expert about your property than you! Also, don't think that it is better to pay more to a high street agent because you dont' have time or you will have piece of mind - RMH is by far better! They were so good that I am now recommending them to friends.
I will definately use them again.

I found Rentmyhome to be very responsive to all my queries and offered useful advice during the process of marketing my flat.
