This is my first time using this company and I am now a convert. The customer service is fantastic and they respond to emails very quickly. I love their products, prices, delivery... everything is top notch. I have always used another local company (JC party rental) but they made it seem like they were doing me a favor even though I spent thousands of dollars there over the years. Every email was answered quickly and the day of setup went smoothly. They were punctual with drop off and pickup. These ladies treat you like family as soon as you step into their office. They work with your budget even though they have a set price list of their inventory and they do their best to give you additional options to work around your budget. We were given coffee while both Ano and Nono set up an example table set up right infront of us and started showing different cups and plates to help us choose. The day of our party when they arrived for set up at my house with all the rentals, we weren't ready because our gardeners had not left and with one call Ano told me to not worry the guys would be back in half an hour. This is customer service at its finest at a time where we started to panic. Long overdue review!!! My daughter's 1st birthday turned out to be a disaster. It was suppose to be a beautiful backyard party and the day before the fires started and there was ash everywhere. Everything was rented and taken care of. We had to cancel the event and though we had lost all our deposits. I have to say these ladies (Nono and Ano) are so understanding and extremely professional. They gave me credit to use for later use which I though was so nice and thoughtful. They are not operating their business just for the money. Very rare to find in this day of age!!! Ano and her sister, Nono are amazing. Rental avenue is the place to go for all your needs. They offer exquisite furniture to rent for any occasion. We rented gold mirror tables along with a gold cake table for my sisters wedding and the hall looked phenomenal with these items. We also rented furniture for the bridal bedroom along with table linens for the brides house. This will be the only rental company we will ever use. Where do I begin?!! Rental avenue is the place to be for all your event planning!!!  They have all your wants and needs in one vicinity. Mary helped me plan my sisters birthday party this past weekend, while Nona and Anahit helped me with all my draping, tables, chairs and whatever else I needed. Mary is a gem!!! She had got to be one of the most creative, exquisite and detail oriented person I've ever met. And with all that,  so down to earth, helpful and easy to talk to. I would literally call, email and text her at any time of the day she and she would respond immediately. Her attention to detail is just so impressive. She thinks of things that I never could. This is my go to rental company! They have all the latest and trendiest rentals always available! Never a shortage! Ive used them for many types of events such as my children's Christening that was over 300 guests to Dinner parties of 12 guests. ..Besides the fact that they have amazing taste they have the best prices for quality rentals and don't get me started on customer service! These ladies make you feel like family! They just don't know how to say NO! lol I have literally called them last min and asked for rentals for a last min get together at my house...not one complaint was heard!
