We understand the importance of finding the best tenant for your property, so our main aim is to do just that by creating an easy flow of communication between ourselves and those looking to rent a property from us.
Our potential tenants go through three stages: Application, Vetting, and Landlord approval, allowing the Landlord to stay in control from beginning to end.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
- Appointment only viewings.
- 15 minute viewing slots for up to 2 people only from the same household.
- Face coverings unless exempt.
- Property handles etc are wiped prior and after viewings.
- All COVID guidelines are sent to the Viewer by email.
Property Management ~ starts from £30 per month
You can choose what you would like from the list below, the final monthly fee is based on the options chosen. If you choose all the options then your monthly fee will be £40 for each property. Discounted rate is offered for 3 properties or more.

Conducting Viewings ~ £10 per hour (plus mileage at 45ppm). At the moment due to COVID we are running 4 viewings every hour (at 15 minute intervals). Once COVID restrictions are lifted and we are permitted to go back to open houses our fee will be increased to £15 per hour.
Fixed Fee Services
Vetting potential tenants ~ £15 per application
Arranging EPC ~ £58 per property.
Arranging Landlord Certificates ~ £100
Renewing Landlord Certificates ~ £85
These fixed fees include the cost of the service and an administrative fee.
