That would be our Jamaica National dish Ackee and Saltfish

By understanding the clients requirements and budget

Meeting new people and adding a new twist to our dishes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The feedback that I got from catering events, that really inspired me to do it more often and bring it to more people,
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I listen to what they want, and I leave wiggle room i.e. if they needed to change something on my menu I always do my best to accommodate.

If someone wanted an online glass on how I cook yes I could, but i must admit my services are better in person.
Cocktail Services
I'm also a qualified cocktail bartender, so if you also needed that I could provide.
Staff
Depending on requirements, I've got more chef and or waiting staff that I could hire.
Cleaning Up
Cleaning up could also be arrange.
BBq
One of my favourite thing is to light up the BBQ, we often use it at street events etc, so we could always provide this.
Wedding/Parties/Events
Whatever the occasions we can give a quote, we've catering for 10 over 900 people in a single event.
