My son has been doing guitar lessons with Renny for about 6 months now now. He is really enjoying them and is making very good progress. Before that he was doing group lessons with at a school where the teachers were constantly changing for a couple of years which was a waste of time really. Renny is fully recommended as he is an amazing guitarist and a great teacher. It's a challenge to find the combination of the two but were lucky to have him here in our area. As an instructor he works with what ever level you're at and is always trying to find and understand your way of learning and absorbing the information since everyone learns a bit differently. I've been having a great time with lessons as he teaches many styles from jazz, finger style acoustic, flamenco, classical and more. He has great attention to detail as well as fundamental technique so you get the optimal sound. As a performer he's amazing. Check out his youtube page just type in his name and he has a great demo video of the many styles he plays. He's got a sweet tone with tasty chops and would be great performer for your wedding or event to create the ambiance and mood you want. I decided to take guitar lessons, cause after a few years of playing my progress was slowing down and down. First lesson with Renny and I already knew that this guy can teach me a lot.
Great skills, strong feel of rhythm and a lot of patience. Really a LOT. Every single time I take a lesson he shows me the right way to place my thumb; I listen and then of course I play it my way again. Strangely enough my thumb seems to have its own brain and doesn’t really want to listen to anyone. Renny still hasn’t lose his temper with me, not even once, so big plus for that.
If you think you are “good” and don’t need any lessons just wait until you see Renny playing. He can play even the most difficult falsetas while counting or vocalizing the whole melody. Crazy. I am starting to think he is some kind of robot with a metronome build into his brain. Great teacher for guitarists of any level.
To sum up with Renny in just a few months I’ve made a bigger progress than in the last two years. That speaks for itself.

We were recommended Renny's wedding band by a mutual friend and were delighted with his performance on our special day. He played some of our chosen favourite songs and mixed in some of his own work - at our request - all of which were delivered fantastically and with the style of someone who lives and breathes music, not a tired weekend covers band.
