I just completed my six week challenge at Renew Personal Training. I'm so happy and excited with my results. I've lost 11lbs and 8. 2% body fat! After struggling to even begin my weight loss journey I can say now that I'm on my way and have such a positive outlook thanks to all the trainers here. I can finally see myself getting to my goal. The workouts are hard but so much fun with the positive attitude of everyone there. The meal plan has been easy to follow. I absolutely recommend this place! I just completed my 6 week challenge and could not believe my results! 12lbs down and 9. 9% body fat!! So amazing! Renew Personal Training is the best gym I have ever stepped foot in. All the staff at this gym are super friendly and very professional. I just finished my 6 week challenge program, and I am very pleased with my results and the knowledge I've learned within these 6 weeks. The exercises change daily keeping it fun, and the meal plans were simple to follow. Amy is the best personal trainer I have ever met in my life. She was always readily available to answer any questions I had at the gym, or after hours. She even takes the time to talk to her clients on a personal level. I felt like I always had my own personal cheerleader when I came to work out with her. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey. More...

I just finished my 6 week program here with my fiance, and would definitely recommend it to anyone who was thinking about joining! I lost 17 lbs and 7% body fat in the 6 weeks. So I just finished a 6 week challenge with ReNew Fitness in Newmarket. I haven’t worked out in 3 years. I was petrified of starting. I was worried because I had been stagnant for so long that I would have a heart attack. 6 weeks later I am still standing. And I lost 8.9% of my body fat! The program is challenging, invigorating, addictive and empowering. The trainers are encouraging, motivating, energetic, and make corrections and adjustments as need be. I would recommend this program to absolutely EVERYONE. Whether it be to lose weight, get in shape, strengthen the body and bones.... this program will get you to your goal. I highly recommend Renew Personal Training if you are looking to lose weight and get in shape. I was initially skeptical but was thoroughly impressed with the program and was blown away with the results. After my 6 Week Challenge, I lost 13 lbs, 6% body fat and felt amazing. The meal plan was simple to follow and had lots of variety, making it easy to stick to. The staff were friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. Just finished my 6 Week Challenge! I lost a whopping 7.8% of body fat in just 6 weeks! I highly recommend renew personal training if your looking to get in shape, tone up and lose the inches! Amy was awesome! A great sense of humor which made working out so much more fun. The gym is smaller which is great because during the classes Amy could come to each station and help anyone who needed assistance. I just completed the six week challenge at Renew. The program was challenging and I don't think I could have reached my goal without the support and atmosphere at Renew. The work outs were a lot of fun and really challenged muscles I didn't think I had. Regardless of your fitness level this program will help you reach your goals. This gym is great! I recently completed a 6-week challenge with Renew and I had a great experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly and there is always a positive, supportive environment. It's so much easier to workout when you have a community that will keep you accountable and this gym offers just that! I recently participated in a six week transformation challenge at Renew Fitness. I found the trainers to be very friendly and approachable. I really enjoyed how the trainer who ran the group exercises, Amy, would constantly check in for feedback and ask about our progress. This gym had such a positive atmosphere. My 6 week transformation was a success. I had a 3 month old baby at home and was trying to find something to keep me accountable and get back in track while still being able to breastfeed. I just completed the 6 week transformation challenge, and it was amazing. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve never done a program like this that worked so well for me. The accountability made it easy to push on when it got tough, the detailed meal plan was very helpful and made meal prep easy, and the classes were so well done and very fun. I had an amazing experience working with Jon, Mitch and Mike at Renew Personal Training. I wasn't in the best shape when I started, so I was intimidated to begin a 1-on-1 training program. However, they created a program that suited my fitness level and encouraged me to meet my goals. Even amongst all the sweat and hard work, I still managed to have a great time here thanks to the laid back environment and sense of humour of all the trainers. Thanks to these guys, I saw amazing results after only 3 months. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for some help meeting their fitness goals. More...

I love this place. I was afraid to go at first, but even the already fit/strong guys and girls were so friendly and welcoming. Whenever I failed, they dusted me off and encouraged me to keep going. Jon and Mitch are awesome. I lost 75 lbs under their guidance. I can now squat and deadlift 405 pounds..... for fun! More...
