Used their services for the first time today, to take me to Heathrow, and very impressed. Annie the driver was very helpful, polite and friendly. I am a sleepy passenger and I felt comfortable dozing off without the need to talk, like a normal taxi transfer would have been like... And, pretty much for the same price! The car was a lovely Mercedes E Class, clean, comfortable, bottle of water for me and the offer to adjust temperature and air conditioning any time I wanted. A real pleasurable start to a work trip.
