I have been very busy since arriving in Brighton three weeks ago - can't believe where the time has gone.
I had intended to write to you to say how imoressed I had been with your service- from Sam's first visit to estimate for the job to Zoe's friendly responses whenever I phoned to the actual packing day. Zoe and the men did an efficient job and I was more than confident that the following day would go well. When Sam and Dave arrived the following morning in my new flat in Brighton they cheerfully got on with the job and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot speak more highly of the service I received. As a woman on my own one can have doubts and fear that the service might not be as good as it might have been for a couple. Nothing could have been further from the truth and I was reassured from the beginning and received first class service all the way and am happy to award the highest accolade.

Couldn't have asked for better service - Sam and Dave arrived at the time they had indicated, cheerfully loaded the furniture in their van and delivered it the same evening to my flat in Hull. As I couldn't be there to receive it, they took a set of keys, let themselves in, placed the items in the rooms I had requested, locked up and posted the keys through the letterbox. What do you love most about your job?
Well apart from meeting some fantastic people including sports stars & local celebrities we get to visit some beautiful houses. From modern designed to ancient country homes. They is the travelling to different parts of the country. We have been as far north as Elgin, Inverness and Fort William. A stunning area surrounded by snow capped mountains and breathtaking lochs. We have traveled as far south as Penzance, Brighton, Southampton and as far west as Fishguard and the Pembrokeshire coast. Stunning locations visited as part of our job. Then they is the smiles on our customers faces when a tricky move is carried out successfully without any stress or worry. Everyone at Removals Hull loves a challenge and aim to excel were others may fail or give up. Our customers testimonies are evident of this.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending most of my working life in call centers & more recently laboring and ground works on building sites I found myself unemployed due to the recession and housing slowdown. Struggling to find any meaningful employment I spotted a gap in the market for digital aerial & satellite installation. 6m forward I had put together a business plan, secured some local funding and completed a training course. I spent my life savings and bought a transit van and equipment. A few months later after several dizzy spells whilst on customers roofs I was diagnosed with vertigo. That put an end to my new business adventure. Stubborn and determined to make a success and repay the funding I decided on courier and local delivery work as I already had a white van. My partner hit on fb selling pages as free advertising. We were the only ones back then and were snowed under 7 days a week. We soon required a luton removal van and then another. Our company, Removals Hull has continued to grow from there.
